- Grocery gift cards are easy to purchase and always useful (who doesn’t need groceries?).
- You can stick to the standard physical gift card (which must be picked up or mailed to your giftee) or many stores now have printable e-gift cards that can be emailed to your giftee or even mobile gift cards that can be used on smart phones.
- If your giftee is interested in organic options, many companies now specialize in responsibly grown, local, organic food (eg: spud.ca). This is a great option for those who like to garden, but just don’t have the space for it and it would work with our Eco-friendly theme as well.
- Consider ready made meal delivery for people who are having difficulty with mobility.
- Does your giftee live far away? Create a care package for them including a grocery gift card and/or some comfort foods they love (cookies, Kraft dinner…)
